| In addition to these fees, all court cases will require filing
fees and possibly additional costs, such as depositions, mailing expenses,
and other expenditures not included in the fee paid to the Robertson Law
Office. These expenses and additional costs should be an item of discussion
if and when you discuss your case with Joe. Court litigation is an expensive
endeavor and attorneys fees and additional costs must be discussed so you
do not feel cheated once you begin receiving your monthly billing statements! |

| 1 Initial consultation fee is a one-time payment
covering the client's meeting at the Robertson Law Office. |
| 2The $850.00 covers the first eight(8) hours of
legal work after Joe enters his appearance in a client's case, and upon
the completion of that eight(8) hours of work any work is billed at a rate
of $110.00 per hour. |
| 3The bankruptcy is one-time payment that covers
the entire scope of a client's Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. This fee does
include payment of filing and other additional costs that may be incure
during the course of litigation. |
